It’s simple – select a book from our list, pay online and we will deliver the book. After reading, you can return books using our Buyback offer within 60 days of purchase. We will deduct 20% of Book’s MRP and delivery charges as applicable from your amount and return the remaining amount in your wallet. You can use this amount to read more books or get it transferred to Paytm wallet.

We purchase only New books for Bukr. Some of our books are read and returned by our customers.

Yes, we are delivering across Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Navi Mumbai, Raigarh, Palghar and nearby region.

We sanitize all books before packing with 70-80% isopropyl alcohol.

Once you have logged into your account, click on top-right menu icon and then click on my account. Follow below steps from here:

1. Click on REFUND button for your selected order.
2.   Select books that you want to refund
3. Select Pickup refund option – if your address is same as your delivery address, click on refund process.
4.  If your pickup address is different, then select different pickup address option and enter your address.
5.  Once done, click on REFUND PROCESS button.
6.  Click on Start Refund Process button to confirm.
7.  Our delivery executive will get in touch with you when reaching at your address for book pickup.

Bukr will buyback its sold books in undamaged condition within 60 days of purchase at sales price minus 20% of MRP of books, delivery charges and applicable taxes if any. Return can be initiated by Pickup request process mentioned above.

Refund amount would be Sales price minus 20% of MRP of books, delivery charges and applicable taxes if any. Return pickup from home address is FREE (one return pickup per order)

Buyback is valid till 60 Days from date of delivery of books.

Customer will get cashback in his/her wallet within 1-3 working days of receiving the book(s) at Bukr. Customer can use it to buy more books or get it transferred to paytm account.

If Customer requests transferring Bukr wallet amount to paytm/Gpay/bank account, it would take 4-5 working days to process the same.

If book is torn, pages damaged, water or other stains or marked by pen/pencil etc or deformed/damaged in any other visible form, it will be considered damaged. In case of damaged books, refund amount will not be processed.

In case customer has received damaged book, please reach out to us [email protected] or whatsapp at +917021206962 with proof of damage within 24hrs of delivery. We will send replacement copy to the customer ASAP at no extra cost.

Unfortunately our Buyback offer is not valid if books are damaged by customer. Hence it can’t be returned.

We have flat Rs.30 delivery charge + Rs.1.5 tax per order. You can order as many books as possible in a single order – delivery charge would be Rs 31.5 only
